As the visionary of this ministry it is my privilege to share some information about our ministry. My wife Julie and I birthed this ministry in January 1998, after obeying the voice and calling of the God upon our life. The Lord as entrusted us with an Apostolic Prophetic mandate to teach and preach Kingdom Dominion. Our ministry extends beyond the borders of our geographical location South Africa. We are called and commissioned with an apostolic mandate to affect nations. To be an International Embassy on the earth which represents and manifests the policies dictates and purpose of the Kingdom of God.

But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; and they shall run and not be weary; and they shall walk and not faint. (Isaiah 40:31)

Eagle
The eagle is a type of the prophetic movement as to a prophet of God (seer). The insight and discernment, the ability to see beyond the natural human eye. The eyes of an eagle has the ability to see with tremendous accuracy from thousands of feet above the ground able to detect its prey with powerful insight. The prophet is likewise able to see accurately into another dimension of the spirit world.

Outreach
It is an apostolic community that possesses the mentality of being sent ones to influence the nations through strategic partnership to influence the nations for the purpose of extending the Kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Ministries
The understanding of corporate giftedness, plurality of leaders, all saints activated and released into their ministry in the local church, working together in harmony. Each one unique in their own capacity, yet working together in unison for the common purpose. Their gifts talents and resources placed accurately in their local church.

Declaration
Eagle Outreach Ministries is called to be an Apostolic and Prophetic reforming church. A church that is “home based” but “world faced”. We are convinced by the prophetic mandate of the Lord that we have been called to be a governmental church. One that has dominion and power to rule with Christ. This flows from having an impact in the spiritual realm. The impact to govern affects the thinking and shift patterns in the beliefs and values of the believer and upon the whole of society.

Philosophy
The philosophy of the church is based on the belief that it is the responsibility of the church to identify develop train and produce quality leaders for every position of influence in the nations i.e. spiritual, political, civic, social economic, educational, personal and family.

Values and Ethics
The core values and beliefs of E.O.M. are the shaping force of the ministry. Core values are the most important element of any church that values corporate culture, shared beliefs attitudes and ownership.

  1. We are driven by the proclamation of this present reformation and the gospel of the Kingdom.
  2. We are crafting an apostolic church built by apostolic patterns that must be tested and incarnated in the lives of the saints before we promote anything to the nations. The local church is our strategic base of operation.
  3. The core values should be shared and all partners must accept the core values and claim ownership of the vision. Shared values are key commitment to the common purpose and affords all the experience of a sense of significance and accomplishment as a body.
  4. Those who choose to ignore or violate the ministry’s core beliefs do so in direct disobedience to the leadership of this church.
